JEROSHI PATH5™ is a Christ-centered, trauma-informed framework for whole-life growth, healthy relationships, responsible leadership, and sustainable change.
The name JEROSHI honors our parents and the family legacies behind the work:
JE represents two Jerrys (Lassiter and Meadows),
RO honors Rosa Lassiter, and
SHI honors Shirley Meadows.
PATH5 represents the five guiding practices of the framework:
• LOOK honestly at what is happening.
• LISTEN to people’s experiences, emotions, needs, values, and concerns.
• LEARN from patterns, information, reflection, and appropriate guidance.
• LOVE through compassion, truth, accountability, dignity, and healthy boundaries.
• LEAD by taking safe, responsible, and purposeful action.
The initials invitation is simply: “Live the Five”.
The five practices reflect how Jesus lived, ministered, built relationships, responded to people’s needs, and demonstrated compassionate leadership.
